REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund on items however if you change your mind about your purchase within 10 days you may return the item* in the original condition it was purchased and you will be offered a credit note for the original purchase amount.
*THIS EXCLUDES ALL REUPHOLSTERED FURNITURE PIECES.
Please note any returns must be received within 10 days of purchase and all returns must include original packaging, tags and be in a saleable condition.

Please note Kowhai Interiors does not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the process of returning them to us and hence why we recommend a traceable method and secure packaging.
We will send you a credit note once the garment has been returned and accepted by us.
Should you choose to return your full priced order for a credit note, Kowhai Interiors will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY
Customers are covered for 90 days after the original purchase date if there is a defect, fault or failure due to the manufacturing process. Unfortunately we cannot cover a fault or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use or accident.
We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between Kowhai Interiors Limited and the customer when a purchase is made.
We will also adhere to the Fair Trading Act 1986, which protects you from being misled or unfairly treated by traders or shops. The Act is here to prohibit misleading or deceptive conduct, false representations and unfair practices. It also sets out when information about certain products must be disclosed to consumers, and helps ensure products are safe.
What will we do?
If the product is under warranty the following steps will apply. We will also credit you the cost of handling and delivery.
If possible the product will be repaired to the standard of the manufacturer free of charge.
If we are unable to repair the product, we will replace with the same product.
If no replacement is available we will issue a store credit or a refund according to the customer’s choice.
We do not provide refunds when an item does not fit or when you don’t like an item (please see “CREDIT RETURNS POLICY”).
Products available on our online store are also available for purchase in our store. Please be aware that we try our hardest to keep our website as accurate as possible but if for any reason we can not fulfill an order we will contact you as soon as we can and you will receive a full refund. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience that may be caused and we welcome you to call us on 021 025 44047 before making any online purchase.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We aim to deliver all New Zealand orders within 3-5 working days. All other international orders will be delivered within 10 working days. For purchases under $100, a flat rate of $10 shipping will apply. A quote will be provided within 24 hours for all large or heavy items purchased. Delivery of these items are at the buyers cost. We will be happy to organise delivery on your behalf.
Kowhai Interiors are passionate about our customers and respect your privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We want to make your shopping experience as safe and satisfying as possible. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with anyone. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Kowhai Interiors.

It allows you to keep up to date with the latest info including whats new in store, events going on and upcoming promotions.
